Innovative Solutions with 30 Years of R&D Experience

Our R&D work, which began with Teknomed Engineering in the 1990s, enabled us to produce Turkey's first optical endoscope, cold light source, and endoscopic cameras with our original technology.

Our work in the field of artificial intelligence started in the 2000s and led to the development of a system that scores facial aesthetic changes after surgery, providing objective values in courts.

Strategic Innovative Initiatives Company was established in 2018 to commercialize over 50 patents, the result of more than 30 years of R&D in energy, space technology, and healthcare.

Award-Winning Patents and Strategic Innovations

Our 2013 study on the eustachian tube resulted in a US patent and won the "MEDICINE" award in an innovation competition in the UAE in 2018. During the same period, our AI-based system, which increases satellite image efficiency tenfold, received a US patent.

Innovative Solutions in Otolaryngology

SYG Medical is a brand of Strategic Innovative Initiatives that began operating in the healthcare field in 2019.

The Nystagmus recognition system and robotic maneuver chair project, which facilitates BPPV diagnosis and treatment, was completed with the support of TÜBİTAK-TEYDEP 1511 in 2019.

The Robotic Maneuver Chair (RMS) and AI-based decision support system developed within this project have been honored with many awards.
